Client Service Agreement
By using Riveting Resumes' services, clients agree to conduct themselves lawfully and respectfully, avoiding actions that harm others or disrupt the website. Services must be paid for in full before work begins, and while partial refunds may be available before a first draft is delivered, no full refunds are issued once work has started. Final resume content becomes the client’s property after full payment, though anonymized samples may be used by Riveting Resumes for promotional purposes with client consent. All original content remains protected by copyright and cannot be reused without permission.
Prohibited Actions
While using our website and services, customers are expected to adhere to ethical and lawful practices. This includes respecting intellectual property rights, refraining from any form of harassment or abusive behavior, and avoiding any actions that could disrupt the functionality or security of our website. Any violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of services.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payment is required in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Due to the personalized nature of our writing services, no full refunds are provided after the initial draft has been delivered. If you choose to cancel before the first draft, a partial refund may be issued, minus any time already spent on the project. Late or incomplete payments may result in delays to the start of your services.
Intellectual Property & Content Usage
Upon full payment, final deliverables become the client’s property. Riveting Resumes retains the right to use anonymized samples of work for portfolio or promotional purposes, but only with prior written consent from the client. All original content created by Riveting Resumes is protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
